TalsoftsSAS Made Parent Friendly

With the latest version of the TalsoftsSAS app available in the Google Play Store, the school intends to dramatically improve communication with parents.

Parents who install the app on their android devices and login with their credentials will now be able to receive notifications on their phones when their children/wards are reprimanded for disciplinary infractions in real time. This new feature of the app should reduce the incidence of students hiding disciplinary infractions from parents. As it is becoming increasingly clear that most students hesitate to inform their parents about their conduct at school, the school has to find new ways to inform parents about their chidren's conduct. This is one approach that the Office of the Dean of Discipline will be pursuing in the upcoming school term.

The app is not only limited to notifying parents about their children's behaviour. From the app parents will also be able to receive notifications about the latest happenings at the school, read school news, communicate with school officials and review parent-conference schedules.

In addition to notifications, parents can also access their children's behaviour history via the app. Now parents will be able to see what school officials see in real time.

The app is not only for parents. Anyone can download the app. The app has many features which make it very revolutionary. One of the features of the app is to record student conduct/behaviour on the street. This recording will be sent directly to the school administration as soon as the user stops recording the incident. This reporting is anonymous so the administration would not know who send it.

Users may also use the app to apply to the school's  sixthform programme free of cost, seek advice and authenticated users can write blogs which will also be published to the school's main site.

Students and other stakeholders of the school can download the app as well. However, the full features of the app cannot be accessed unless parents, students and teachers log in. If you want your personal login credentials please contact Mr. Talbert at 1-876-648-1572 or ascotdod2@gmail.com.
